This is a really pleasant composition, the lighting serves the mood and the setting. The only criticism I have would be the proportions of the spirit's face, but I see that was Jazza so take it as you will. Good stuff.

Your use of textures on the hood (and maybe the book but it's so fluid it may very well be painted) give the piece a really realistic look while your work on his face and beard project a really cool grim fantasy type style. The contrast between the very bright tone and the shadows around his face and eyes adds a lot to the piece as well.
I'm a total amateur but I don't see anything I don't like, if people aren't paying you for this they should be.
