trick is to not worry about every small detail

fx lookin good, little more focus on the racking animation (slower settle on the head, emphasize the gun dipping after recoil, more natural return to trigger) and this would be perfect. Good stuff. Grats on frontpaging for like a week too jeez.

Diggin your color scheme guy, might suggest a little more "post apocalyptic" clutter in the cityscape on the left. More black noise with some of those blue highlights would make for a cool framing device and draw the viewer's eye towards the character like your dunes are doing.
